JOB SUMMARY

A Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating strong visual concepts, visual communications, while conveying the messages in ways that are effective and aesthetically pleasing.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  1. Analyze Design Requirements:
  2. Carefully review design briefs and comprehend the project needs.
  3. Lead the conceptualization of visuals based on these requirements.
  4. Design Creation & Development:
  5. Craft initial design drafts and present ideas for review and feedback.
  6. Produce advanced illustrations, logos, and various designs, either digitally or by hand.
  7. Select appropriate colors, layouts, and compositions for each project.
  8. Collaboration & Finalization:
  9. Work closely with copywriters and the designers to refine and finalize designs.
  10. Test design performance across different mediums.
  11. Adjust designs based on feedback.
  12. Ensure all completed designs are visually compelling and align with brand guidelines.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  1. Excellent design software skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
  2. In-depth understanding of both print and digital design requirements.
  3. Expertise in typography and visual composition.
  4. Keen awareness of current design trends and their application in a commercial context.
  5. Exceptional creative and innovative design skills.
  6. Acute attention to detail and aesthetics.
  7. Proficient in managing time and meeting deadlines.
  8. Flexible and adaptable to changing project scopes and teams.
  9. Strong multitasking ability.
  10. Excellent team collaboration skills, with experience working as part of a design team.
  11. Superior communication skills for effective client interactions and understanding project needs.
  12. Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills


EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  1. BA degree in graphic design.
  2. 5 years of experience in a similar field.
