JOB SUMMARY

The Civil Engineering Department at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) invites applications for a faculty position in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Building Information Modeling (BIM).

The successful applicant will teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, supervise final year projects, advise students, be involved in research projects, and develop funded projects.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  1. Teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
  2. Candidates should be able to supervise FYP projects.
  3. Advise students, be involved in research projects, and develop funded projects.


EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  1. PhD in Civil Engineering from a reputable international university with specialization in BIM or Master degree in BIM with minimum 5 years of experience.
  2. Relevant teaching and research experience
  3. Professional/Industrial experience and practice in the area of specialization
  4. Ability to teach a variety of graduate and undergraduate courses and to develop new courses.
  5. Ability to supervise final year projects.
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
