RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  1. Leads the academic and strategic development of the department.
  2. Oversees curriculum design, teaching quality, and research activities.
  3. Supports faculty development and student success.
  4. Represents the department within the school and the University.


EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  1. PhD in Political Sciences, International Relations, or a related field.
  2. Demonstrated academic leadership and administrative experience.
  3. Strong research and teaching record.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
